Packaging & Materials
Our kits include premium latex balloons made in the USA and 100% biodegradable, making them both high-quality and eco-friendly. Balloons are shipped flat and require inflation.
For the Mini and OG DIY Kits, inflation is available for an additional $100. Inflated kits are available for pickup on Fridays only.
Balloon images are supplied from the manufacturer. Colors may appear different based on your monitor resolution. Balloon colors change upon inflation.

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing.
Local pickup is available Fridays only, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
To successfully assemble your DIY balloon garland, please ensure you have the following additional materials on hand:
Balloon Air Inflator – Recommended for efficient and safe inflation.
Command Hooks – We suggest using 3M Outdoor Light Clips for secure and damage-free hanging.
We recommend assembling the garland the evening before your event. Assembly typically takes approximately one hour. Once built, the garland will remain inflated and visually appealing for up to three weeks.

I have now bought 7 kits this is the only time I have been unsatisfied. The kit had one color wrong (I know this because I used the color in our kit last time) and none of the sizes were correct. In yellow we had 6 xl balloon and 2 standard. There were also no tiny fillers included like normal. We made it work and as always the quality of the balloons were great, the kit was just not assembled correctly.

My favorite company to get balloons from! They include everything you need and the color selection is awesome.
The balloons were perfect! Good quality and lasted when we blew it up the day before the party. We got the 16 ft. Deluxe kit and chose the colors rosewood, mocha, and white sand.
Great balloons, only gave 3 stars this time because the green balloons had a icky smell to them which is not common as I’ve ordered many times from this company with no issue

Hi Christina! We're sorry to hear about the smell - that is not cool. We source from 2 different balloon suppliers but we did have to source white balloons for 2 weeks due to our supplier being out - they passed the smell check at our warehouse - but the smell may have come back in the kit bag. Good news is that was temporary and we wont ever use those balloons again. Sending you a follow up to make this right!
Great high quality balloon and excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color in my DIY Balloon Kit and they so graciously let me exchange for the correct color in person! My only complaints are that the two sizes I ordered (16ft and 6ft) included baby balloons, but I did not receive any baby balloons in 1 of the 5 colors, so it threw off the ratio. Also, if you’re a complete beginner, like myself, the “detailed tutorial” was not as detailed as I had hoped, I would suggest looking up several tutorials on TikTok!
This was my 1st balloon garland. I requested color help before ordering by sending in the invitation, my pallet, the backdrop and color thoughts. I received a very quick response and was so happy with the choices. The balloons are a great quality. Instructions were easy to understand and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much
I have ordered the DIY balloon kits a few times and it is completely worth it! Easy to inflate and assemble with the instructions they send. The best quality balloons so it literally lasts so long! (I wouldn’t aim to do it so far in advance but my last one lasted 2 weeks before I got rid of it). I ordered some extras so this is the largest kit plus some! Excellent quality and service, highly recommend!

We were looking for a high-impact, low-cost way to greet people at our conference. This balloon garland ended up being a great option. We had a volunteer fill it up the day before, kept it inside overnight, and then put it up outside for our full-day event. It held up great in the sun + 74 degree weather. We did bring it back inside each night, but it weathered both days (far better than the helium balloons we got from another brand). We also appreciate that the garland didn't require helium, which saved us cost and waste!
I haven’t yet used the product, it’s for a shower in a few weeks, but I would be leery of using this company again if I had a shower within a few days of pick up. The day I arrived to pick up my order, their store was closed and locked by the landlord for unpaid rent. I ended up getting my order a week later, which was fine, since the shower is not for a couple weeks. But again, be careful.
I purchased two DIY balloon kits for my son's second birthday party and they both worked perfectly for his construction theme!
I used the 16 ft kit for the backdrop, and then purchased a 6 ft kit (I had this smaller pack inflated with helium) to use around the house in other areas.
The Lushra team was able to help with what colors they'd recommend when I showed they the color palette I wanted, which helped everything be cohesive decor-wise!
Love this company. So grateful my SIL recommended it. The balloons were high-quality, lasted a long time, and the setup was perfect. The YouTube tutorial was great help. Will definitely be purchasing again for future birthdays.
I bought a few kits and spread them across 3 areas and they came out perfect.
I paid for expedited shipping, and James on the customer service team was amazing. I reached out about the shipping and he alleviated any worries I had about it not coming in time and had it shipped out that day and I had it the next day!
I’ve always used Lushra for my niece and nephew’s bday parties and my own parties I’ve hosted, and each time it’s such a smooth experience getting the garland put together! They make great and easy party decor as well, especially the 16 ft garland I ordered that served as the photo backdrop for my mother in law’s retirement party.
For this specific order, Lushra went above and beyond by re-routing my order to a new shipping address to make sure it arrived for the party on time. They had it shipped overnight and it made it in perfect time. Thank you to Lushra team member James for going above and beyond!
We have used Lisha for parties for over six years now and the quality is always great.
Couple things I noticed that could make it more user friendly is:
- Put the fishing line on a spool of some type.
- Better quality glue dots and more of them. (Ours were stuck to the bag this last time and they also balled up easily and wouldn’t help the balloons stick)
Jennifer was amazing to work with. She showed me around the Carrollton showroom and gave me lots of ideas for my granddaughter's neon birthday pool party.

I love the balloon arch itself. However, the last two times I’ve purchased, I could not get the mini balloons to blow up. I have the balloon buddy and tried manually blowing them up and neither worked. The arch still turned out great but it’s frustrating because I love the look with adding the minis. And I wasted my money both times because I couldn’t use the small balloons I added on!
I received a couple defective balloons in the batch that was sent to me (holes in the balloons). Other than that, we made it work with the missing balloons.
Love Lushra balloons so much! They always look SO great, are easy to assemble, & are such high quality. We keep our post-event balloon garland up so long afterwords! Haha
such a magical touch to my daughters 2nd birthday and super easy to do. The balloons traveled well to the party destination and everyone complimented on them.
The step by step instructions were super easy to follow. It turned out great and was very easy to put together. I was a little nervous when it just came with the thick string of fishing line, but it was super easy to assemble after watching the video. Balloons are great quality, none popped during assembly.
So easy!! I planned our daughter’s first birthday and putting her balloon arch together was the most enjoyable part! These balloons were easy to tie and great quality. I felt like they looked like a $300-500 display! The instructions were very helpful. Reading in advance and organizing the balloons helped me get the 10 foot display completed in about an hour. I also ordered a balloon pump which was a game changer! Will definitely be ordering Lushra balloons for future parties!
