Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Please note that all custom items, including Create Your Own Sticker Cups and Decals, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your refund or store credit.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank—there’s often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email info@lushra.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
