Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products may require up to 4 weeks of lead time. Please refer to individual product listings for specific timelines and details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup
Order pickups are available Fridays only, between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at our warehouse:
